Bully, written and performed by Lee Kaplan, a Jacksonville native, will
be playing at Jacksonville Theatre September 20th through September 22nd at
8 PM. Tickets are $10 for students, $15 general admission. Performances
will be held at the Harold K. Smith Playhouse, located at 2032 San Marco Blvd.
The play is an autobiographical account based on Kaplan’s sixth
grade journal entries, which depict the bullying he endured in middle
school. Bully has received extremely positive
reviews after performances in Washington DC at the Capital Fringe Festival as
well as New York City at the New York International Fringe Festival.
