What is JALACARE?
JALACARE is the Jacksonville-area chapter of CARE, a national financial literacy education program adapted by JALA for high school seniors in Duval County. JALACARE trains attorneys to teach 3 hours of financial literacy to Duval County high school seniors during the economics curriculum that is required to graduate.
