UNF Admissions Information

The UNF Admissions Office kept quite busy before the holidays, and we released approximately 8000 decisions to students that applied by the priority admission deadline.  This applicant pool is comprised of our best and brightest yet! 

As a result of the caliber of students applying to the University, admission to UNF has experienced a steady increase in competitiveness over the last several years.  I wanted to take a moment to update you with our current academic profile for the Summer and Fall 2012 terms.  These are, of course, averages and not minimums!  We are accepting a range of students with application materials that fall both above and below these criteria, and we anticipate that these averages may adjust over the next several months.  The current averages are:

The rolling admissions process is now in full swing, and we are still accepting new applications to be reviewed on a space available basis.  We will also continue to re-review applications of deferred and referred-to-summer students based on any new information that becomes available.  Students are encouraged to keep us updated with their mid-year grades and any new SAT and/or ACT scores.  We will gladly re-review these applications for as long as we have space available in the incoming class.
