GOING TO FSU? There's a scholarship program for that...

Florida State University is pleased to present the application for the Service Scholar Program.  The Service Scholar Program recognizes select incoming students with an outstanding record of community service and leadership, and who want to continue that commitment at FSU. The Program benefits include a scholarship valued at $2,400 per year for up to four years, exposure to a diverse group of individuals and social issues, an academic component, and support by an assigned faculty mentor.
An important part of continuing the success of this extraordinary Program is recruiting excellent incoming students. Therefore, the Center for Leadership and Civic Education is making tremendous efforts to promote this opportunity to all incoming FSU freshmen or interested high school juniors and seniors, but we need your help! Please send this information to any students who have an exceptional record of community service and a desire to continue to learn through service and leadership.

For more information about the benefits, requirements, and application process please visit the Center for Leadership and Civic Education online at http://thecenter.fsu.edu/servicescholars.html. Completed applications must be emailed by 11:59pm on January 27, 2012.
