Purpose:The purpose is to develop a better understanding of the constitution on the part of HS students, the development of leadership, the ability to think and speak clearly and intelligently, and the preparation for acceptance of duties and privileges of American citizenship.
Eligibility:
Must be students under the age of 20 who are currently enrolled in HS or MS.
