QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify for this scholarship, students must: Have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale. Complete all the required admissions applications material and be accepted for the 2011-2012 academic year at one of the National Commission Partner Institutions listed.
