Are you innovative and creative, do you want to be an Entrepreneur? Do you want to learn how to start your own business or venture? Are you a Leader in your school or community, looking to develop your leadership skills? Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference through Community Service? Are you anxious about applying to college and seeking opportunities to explore college life at the top University in Florida? If you said yes to any of these questions, the Young Entrepreneurs for Leadership & Change summer program is for you!
Outstanding high school students (rising juniors and seniors) are invited to apply to participate in the only college summer program in the U.S. developed specifically for high schoolers to learn about entrepreneurship, leadership, and community service for 6 weeks in summer 2008.

From June 26 through July 29, 2011 students will take two college-level courses at UF: GEB4930 - Exploring Entrepreneurship & SYG2010 - Social Problems & Solutions. Participants will also complete 75 hours of community service (meeting the requirement for Bright Futures Scholarships). Students will work, eat, play, and sleep on the UF campus for the full duration of the program.
