NeighborhoodLIFTSM is a major effort by Wells Fargo to
help stabilize neighborhoods deeply affected by the foreclosure
crisis. We have $5.6 million available in down payment
assistance for homebuyers in Jacksonville. The program includes a
free large-scale homebuyer workshop on Friday and Saturday, July 27 and
28th at the Prime Osborne Convention Center from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. where
prospective buyers may apply for up the down payment assistance to help them
purchase a home in Jacksonville.
