International Longshoremen's Association Local 1408 Scholarship
The ILA Local 1408 Scholarship Fund has proudly awarded over 1/4 of $1million in scholarships to qualified high school seniors and returning college students. The ILA College Scholarship Fund is a not-for-profit entity formed by the International Longshoremen's Association Local 1408 (Port of Jacksonville, Florida).
