COLLEGE NIGHT AT ED WHITE

October 23rd from 7-9pm we will host a college night for Lee, Forrest and Ed White High schools. Check out the fliers around campus - we have tons of people coming! Not interested in these schools? There will still be a "College 101" presentation in the auditorium at 7:30pm - don't miss it!!

ALC is OPEN!

The ALC lab is open after school. If you have a D or F you would like to recover ALC is for you. ALc is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:30. We offer English 1-4, Algebra, Lam, Geometry, Algabra II, World History, American History, Economics, Government, Earth Space Science, and Biology. See your counselor for a contract.

Guidance has posted an alternative ACT/SAT calendar on the guidance bulletin board outside our office. Next to the ACT/SAT dates, be sure to fill in our list if/when you get accepted into a college or university!! Let us celebrate with you!!

Senior Credit Checks Continue...

DURING LUNCH - NO HALL PASSES Come to your counselor's office to sign your senior credit check. REMEMBER, you cannot order your cap & gown without having signed your senior credit check!!

SENIOR CREDIT CHECKS

Seniors can see/sign their credit checks during lunch on October 3rd, 4th & 5th. A copy will be mailed home to your parents and you will receive a copy as well. This is important so make sure you stop by and find your counselor!

ROCKIN' the COLLEGE FAIR

Anyone interested in one of the biggest college fairs in the nation should attend this one! I went last year and there were over 200 schools represented there and there are a number of workshops on financial aid, applying to schools and everything else under the college world sun! The testing corporations prefer that you register online, so please do so. See registrations deadlines to the right as well (you can register past the deadline, but you'll have to pay a late fee).
